* We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join the Housekeeping Department at Kyriad Prestige Ilkal . The associate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent hospitality service. *

Key Responsibilities
*
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, cleaned, and prepared before guest arrival.
- Change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies as required.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and other irregularities to the concerned supervisor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.




- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Assist with deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special cleaning assignments when required.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and storage areas in clean and organized condition.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning materials.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
- Support the team during high occupancy, special events, and peak operational periods.
- Maintain skilled grooming, personal hygiene, punctuality, and discipline at all times. *Guest Service Responsibilities

- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional approach when interacting with guests.
- Respect guest privacy and ensure a comfortable stay.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required.
- Maintain the hotel's expected standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Create a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests. *Qualifications & Experience

Education:

- Minimum 10th / 12th standard; Hotel Management qualification or relevant certification will be an advantage.

Experience:

- Freshers and candidates with relevant hotel housekeeping experience may apply.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment will be preferred.
