Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that projects, processes, and teams run efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, managing resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements across digital service delivery. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support client-facing initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and address operational issues proactively.



The role also involves creating and maintaining documentation, enforcing compliance with company policies, and contributing to strategic planning for operational growth. Qualifications
