Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai region (Palghar) for Pharma Plant Project Engineers specializing in OSD and Injectable facilities. The role involves end-to-end project planning and execution for pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, including CAPEX planning, budgeting, and monitoring of project timelines and costs. The Project Engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of HVAC systems, utilities, and related equipment.



Daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, preparing technical documentation, and supporting audits and inspections. The role also requires proactive risk management, progress reporting to leadership, and continuous improvement of plant infrastructure and processes. Qualifications
- Solid project skills in Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Management for pharma plant environments.
- Technical expertise in Electrical Engineering and exposure to HVAC systems, utilities, and related plant infrastructure.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field); a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharma plant projects, preferably in OSD and Injectables with GMP-compliant facilities.
- Knowledge of CAPEX planning, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and regulatory guidelines (WHO, GMP, FDA preferred).
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel), documentation, and report preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and drive timely, compliant execution.
