React Developer (5-7 Years Experience)-positions Required Skills
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Context API, and Redux Toolkit.
· Architect component-driven solutions and enterprise design systems following modern frontend best practices and design patterns.
· Build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces while collaborating closely with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and architects.
· Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs/ GraphQL services, and microservice-based architectures, including asynchronous data handling, caching, and error management.
· Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, bundle size, and cross-browser compatibility.
· Develop and maintain automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and contemporary testing frameworks.




· Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering with AI-assisted software development using GitHub Copilot/ Cursor AI/ Claude Code/ Windsurf for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation.
· Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework. Nice to have skills
· Familiarity with Harness/Spec driven development, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.
· Experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into frontend applications is an advantage.
· Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture is a plus.
· Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
· Experience with React 18/19 and modern React patterns.
