KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**
• Accurate and error-free health claim adjudicat ion
• Review medical records, bills,



investigation reports & discharge summar ies
• Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization and medical documentat ion
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicat ors
• Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality paramet ers
• Achieve assigned productivity and quality targ ets
