About the Role
VGS Industries is hiring a Dispatch Executive / Coordinator to manage daily finished-goods dispatches, documentation and coordination with PPC, Production, Stores, Accounts and transporters. The role requires strong follow-up, accuracy and control over dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute daily dispatches against approved customer orders and schedules.
· Coordinate with PPC, Production, Finished Goods Stores, Quality and Accounts for material readiness.
· Verify product, model, specification, quantity, packaging and dispatch documents before loading.
· Prepare/verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills and transport/LR details as applicable.
· Coordinate with transporters for suitable vehicles and timely placement.
· Supervise loading, counting and vehicle gate-out documentation.
· Maintain customer-wise dispatch records, daily dispatch reports and pending-dispatch status.
· Reconcile dispatch quantities with invoices and maintain records of shortages, damages, returns and rejected material.
· Follow up on LR/POD and transport-related exceptions where assigned.
· Ensure no material leaves the premises without proper authorization and documentation. Required Qualification & Experience Qualification: Graduate in any stream; B.




Com / BBA / Supply Chain background preferred

Experience:
1-3 years Must-have Skills
· 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in a manufacturing company.
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and dispatch documentation.
· Understanding of invoices, challans, e-way bills, packing lists and transporter/LR documentation.
· Strong coordination, follow-up and numerical accuracy.
· Ability to work in a time-sensitive factory dispatch environment. Preferred / Added Advantage

Com/BBA or supply-chain background.
· Experience with ERP/accounting software and customer-wise dispatch scheduling.
