Job Purpose To ensure reliable, scalable, secure and high-performing production applications and infrastructure, while providing L3 production support and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support critical production applications and infrastructure.
- Provide L3 production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ensure system availability, stability, performance and reliability.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using logging, alerting and monitoring tools.
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Work closely with Development, Security, Product and Incident Management teams.




- Implement DevOps and SRE best practices for production environments.
- Manage cloud and containerized environments.
- Support Kubernetes-based application environments. Preferred candidate profile
- 11-14 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in GCP Cloud Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of GCP networking and security fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix.
- Experience with DevOps practices and basic SRE concepts.
- Hands-on experience with logging, alerting and monitoring.
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes.
- BFSI domain experience will be preferred.
