Program Manager / Operations Manager

Anna Nagar, Chennai Work Model: On-site Requirement: Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate Work Hours: 7.30 PM to 5 AM IST (This is a night shift role) Key Requirements (Mandatory): 1. Strong English communication skills to interact with clients as well as stakeholders. 2. Self-motivated and goal oriented thinking. 3. A strong interest in leading organization growth. 4. Interest in the technology industry and prior experience working with early stage technology firms, is a big plus. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Operations Manager to drive cross-functional execution, establish strong workflows, and improve operating discipline across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working across multiple functions. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and a “no job is too small” mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and improve workflows, SOPs, and operating practices across teams.
- Drive cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution.
- Track priorities,



dependencies, action items, and follow-ups.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Establish clear ownership and accountability across functions.
- Build simple trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Step in wherever needed to unblock teams and keep operations running smoothly. Requirements
- Solid experience in Program Management, Operations, Business Operations, or Project Management .
- Proven experience building and improving workflows and processes.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills .
- Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Willingness to take on tasks of any size to ensure outcomes are delivered. This is a fully on-site role in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
