- 9:00 AM 8:00 PM Location - Katargam, Surat 395004 Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive Counter Sales to assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable electrical and lighting products, and drive sales. The candidate should possess robust communication skills and basic knowledge of electrical products .

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements for residential and commercial electrical solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide product recommendations and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.




- Maintain showroom displays and merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer data.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical products, switches, wires, and lighting solutions.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Billing Software, ERP).
