Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR / HR Manager to partner with leadership teams across multiple reputed multinational clients. The role calls for strategic thinking, sound people judgment, and the ability to run HR operations and talent strategy across diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business heads and senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people strategy
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives across multiple client engagements
- Provide data-driven insights on attrition, engagement, and productivity Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership roles
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding strategies
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to meet quality and turnaround targets Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle escalations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture Performance & Talent Management
- Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning
- Partner with L&D; on competency development and leadership programs Compensation, Compliance & Governance
- Support compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and benefits administration




- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and audit readiness HR Operations & Analytics
- Oversee onboarding, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Track HR metrics and present MIS and dashboards to leadership Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Robust analytical and communication abilities
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field *(preferred)
* Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc.)
- Exposure to change management, restructuring, and organizational development
- Experience managing and developing HR teams
