Key Responsibilities

- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs), ensuring targets are met.
- Develop and execute strategies for attrition control and shrinkage control to maintain team stability.
- Foster a cooperative and motivating team environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.




- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for team initiatives. Required

- Proven experience in team handling and team leading.

- Familiarity with sales processes, particularly in a BPO or insurance context.
