About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, friendly and responsible Bartender to join the Sailors Creek crew. You’ll be responsible for running the bar smoothly, preparing drinks, and creating a fun experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in drinks.
- Take drink orders and interact positively with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
- Ensure proper stock levels and assist with daily bar inventory.
- Handle glassware, bar tools and equipment responsibly.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams during service.
- Maintain accurate billing and cash/card payment procedures.




- Help with bar opening and closing duties. What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar operations.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive, energetic and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bar environment.
