Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, organize seminars and promotional events, build institutional relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, awareness programmes, and promotional events.
- Coordinate seminars and programmes in schools, colleges, institutions, and other educational organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other partners.
- Identify new opportunities for institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
- Generate leads through seminars, events, field visits, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and manage the marketing team and field executives.
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for successful execution of marketing programmes.
- Monitor marketing activities and prepare performance reports.




- Achieve assigned marketing and admission-related targets.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, seminars, and institutional visits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education/training sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and marketing activities. Key
