About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Integration Support professional with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in API/integration support, Postman, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support. This is primarily a Support/Integration role, rather than a pure software development position.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for integrations and APIs. Troubleshoot integration issues and identify the root cause of technical problems. Work closely with clients to understand, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues. Use Postman for API testing, troubleshooting, and validation. Monitor and support existing integrations and ensure their smooth functioning. Coordinate with internal development and technical teams for complex issues and fixes. Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to customers. Handle client queries and provide timely updates on issue resolution. Support integration implementation and troubleshooting throughout the customer lifecycle.



Maintain proper documentation of recurring issues, solutions, and integration processes. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience in Integration Support, API Support, Technical Support, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with API integrations and troubleshooting. Valuable working knowledge of Postman. Strong experience in a customer-facing technical role. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their technical requirements/issues. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with development and technical teams. Understanding of APIs, integrations, request/response mechanisms, and basic debugging Educational Qualification Preferred: B.
Tech / B.
E. – preferably Computer Science/IT BCA B.
Sc. Computer Science Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong and relevant technical integration-support experience Industry
