Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage marine and civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Oversee site engineering, construction management, and project engineering activities on jetty projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during marine operations and civil construction work.
- Monitor progress against milestones, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in marine & civil project management or related field.
- Diploma/B.
Tech / B.
E. degree in relevant discipline (Civil or Marine).
- Solid understanding of marine engineering principles, civil engineering concepts, site engineering practices, project engineering methodologies.
- Excellent management skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
