Greetings for the day We are looking for an experienced HR
- Head to lead HR strategy and execution for a growing QSR business. The role will focus on strengthening people practices, HR policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, labour laws and workforce planning across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR operations and people practices across the organization.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements across India.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention and people-centric initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR practices with operational and business requirements.
- Lead workforce planning and manpower requirements based on business growth and attrition.
- Drive strategic talent acquisition for corporate and QSR operations.




- Support audits, inspections and statutory compliance reviews.
- Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Coach HR teams and business managers on effective people-management practices. Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location or operationally intensive workplace.
- Strong exposure to HR policy formulation and implementation.
- Experience in workforce/manpower planning and talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and people-management skills.
- QSR / F&B; / Retail experience will be an added advantage.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
