Since 2000, it has supported 3500+ organizations with their regulatory compliance obligations through deployment of cutting edge tech solutions and compliance partners including managing notices, inspections, audits, due-diligences Position Summary We're looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts Controller to run the company's day-to-day finance operations and support the CFO in keeping the finance function tight and well-controlled. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can manage finance for a multi-location services business with high billing volumes and a large payroll/staffing operation. The ideal candidate brings about 15 years of finance experience and will own accounting, reporting, compliance, internal controls, treasury, and billing/collections freeing the CFO to focus on strategy. The position is based out of our Head Office in Madurai. Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Closing Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, ledgers, and reconciliations across all locations.
- Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for the CFO and leadership.
- Compliance & Tax Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC compliance.




- Audit & Controls Manage statutory/internal audits and strengthen internal controls.
- Budgeting Support annual budgeting and track performance against it.
- Treasury Manage banking, cash flow, and working capital across locations.
- Billing & Collections Oversee client billing and drive timely collections.
- Payroll Oversight – Provide financial oversight for company payroll and statutory payroll compliance.
- Systems – Drive better use of ERP/finance systems and process automation.
- Team Leadership – Build and lead the finance team across locations.
- Business Partnering – Act as a trusted deputy to the CFO on day-to-day finance matters. Preferred candidate profile Candidate Profile
- ~15 years of progressive finance and accounts experience, ideally from a KPO/BPO, HR/compliance, staffing, or similar services background.
- Experience managing finance across multiple locations in India is a plus.
- A professional qualification (CA)
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS is an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance.
- Comfortable with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Strong ownership, integrity, and people-leadership skills.
