Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Openings: 2 Employment: Full-time Livinart Technologies is looking for 2 highly proactive Tender & Bid Executives to join our team and take ownership of identifying, evaluating, and participating in government and institutional tenders. If you enjoy working with GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, RFPs, government documentation, and business opportunities , this role is for you. ? What you will do
• Explore and identify relevant IT, software, AI/ML, web & mobile, AMC, BPO/ITES, Smart City and technology tenders
• Monitor GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, PSU portals and department-specific procurement portals
• Read and analyse RFPs, NITs, BOQs and corrigenda
• Prepare eligibility and compliance summaries
• Check turnover, prior experience, EMD, tender fee, technical requirements and other eligibility conditions
• Identify MSME, DPIIT Startup, MSE and other applicable exemptions/preferences
• Track pre-bid meetings, clarification deadlines, corrigenda and final submission dates
• Prepare tender checklists and coordinate internally for required documents
• Assist in preparing technical bids, compliance matrices, declarations and other bid documents
• Coordinate with government departments, buyers, partners and internal teams wherever required
• Coordinate the complete bid submission process and maintain a tender pipeline
• Track submitted bids, results, POs and upcoming opportunities ? What we're looking for Must have:
• Strong ability to read and understand government RFPs/tender documents




• Good written English and professional documentation skills
• Solid attention to detail
• Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and PDF documents
• Ability to independently research government procurement opportunities
• Comfortable working across multiple procurement portals
• Strong follow-up and deadline-management skills Preferred:
• Experience with GeM / CPPP / State e-Procurement portals
• Previous experience in government tendering/bidding/procurement
• Experience preparing technical or commercial bids
• Knowledge of MSME/DPIIT Startup exemptions and government procurement rules
• Experience in an IT/software company will be an advantage ? Who should apply? We are looking for people who are hungry to learn, extremely detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership .
