Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Processor to manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws, maintain employee payroll records, and handle payroll-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Execution: Process regular payroll cycles, including the calculation of wages, additional allowances, bonuses, and mandatory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) Verification: Verification of Leaves and records Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities align with labor laws and tax regulations; assist with year-end processes, including tax filings and Form 16 distribution. Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records and coordinate with HR teams to reflect new hires, terminations, or salary adjustments. Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee queries. Reporting: Generate comprehensive payroll reports for review. Posting payroll journals in the ERP system.



Requirements & Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 1 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role Proficiency in MS Excel Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, Grey HR, Workday, or similar tools) Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience implementing or managing automated payroll systems. In-depth understanding of evolving labor laws and compliance trends. Solid communication skills for cross-departmental coordination. Working Conditions Full-time position, Office-based (Noida Sector 62) Standard business hours, with a requirement for additional hours during peak payroll cycles or financial year-end.
