Role Description The Partner role is a full-time remote position responsible for building and managing client relationships across research-intensive industries. Day-to-day work includes engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic and technical needs, scoping projects, and designing solutions that combine capability audits, talent strategies, and innovation pilots. The Partner will lead proposal development, oversee delivery teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes through clear planning, progress reviews, and risk management. This role involves coordinating expert networks, identifying specialist talent, and guiding clients through feasibility assessments, validation planning, and implementation roadmaps. The Partner will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities,



shaping service offerings, and representing Healix Technologies in qualified and industry forums. Qualifications
- Strong background in research-intensive domains (e.g., engineering, science, technology, AI, robotics, biotech, healthcare, energy, aerospace, manufacturing) and the ability to engage credibly with technical and academic stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting, innovation management, or R&D; leadership, including project scoping, feasibility assessment, evidence review, and development of implementation roadmaps.
- Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, business development, and partnership building, preferably across multiple sectors or geographies.
- Skills in coordinating expert networks and specialist talent, including stakeholder alignment, expectation management, and outcome-focused collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with comfort working with ambiguity, complex problems, and long-term innovation initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Relevant advanced degree (such as in engineering, science, technology, or business) is highly beneficial; equivalent experience in research, innovation, or consulting will also be considered.
