Shilputsi Consultants is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mumbai. We are looking for someone who can independently manage senior-level search assignments, understand client businesses and roles, map relevant talent pools, engage high-quality candidates and drive mandates through to closure. The role requires solid research, sourcing, assessment and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. What we are looking for:
- 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Search
- Experience handling mid-management and senior leadership mandates
- Strong market mapping and candidate identification skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing capability
- High ownership, judgement and follow-through
