Role Description The Freelancer Product Training Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, developing, and delivering product training to client teams and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual training sessions, creating clear and engaging training materials, and tailoring content to different roles and skill levels. The specialist will collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand product updates and translate them into practical, user-focused training content. Additional responsibilities include gathering feedback, refining training programs for continuous improvement,



and providing support to learners through live Q&A;, follow-up materials, and documentation. This role requires strong self-management and the ability to work effectively across time zones and digital collaboration tools. Qualifications
- Robust Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex product features clearly and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Training, with experience delivering structured product or software training in virtual environments.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles to create engaging, outcome-focused training content, presentations, and job aids.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond to learner questions, address concerns, and provide supportive guidance.
- Experience with online training platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training projects and deadlines independently.
- Prior experience in product training, SaaS, technology, or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Training, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
