Role Description The Research Assistant internship at YCTC Private Limited is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to strategy and political consultancy assignments, and supporting data-driven assessments for clients. The Research Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate documentation,



and help ensure that insights are translated into clear, actionable recommendations. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and derive meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, data collection, and synthesis of findings.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for drafting clear reports, presentations, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills where applicable, especially for projects involving empirical or experimental data.
