Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders and deliveries
• Follow up on enquiries and pending orders
• Coordinate with sales, procurement and dispatch teams
• Maintain customer records and follow-up reports
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience
• Support the sales team in day-to-day customer communication What We're Looking For ✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Sales Coordination / Telesales ✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✔️ Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications ✔️ Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams ✔️ Strong follow-up and organizational skills ✔️ Experience in B2B/industrial products will be an advantage Why Join SINCOS Automation?
