We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, compliance and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government, PSU and private-sector tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Manage online tender and e-tendering processes.
- Prepare and submit tenders within prescribed deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, compliance statements and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, accounts and management teams for tender preparation.
- Ensure all technical and commercial documents are complete and compliant.
- Track tender submissions, technical evaluation, commercial bids and final results.
- Maintain records of submitted, upcoming and completed tenders.




- Coordinate requirements related to EMD, security deposits, PBG and other tender formalities.
- Follow up on tender-related communication and requirements. Candidate Profile:
- 2–7 years of relevant tendering experience.
- Experience in engineering, industrial, mining, construction equipment, railway or similar sectors will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of government and PSU tender procedures.
- Experience with online tender portals / e-tendering.
- Robust MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month Work
