About the Role
We are hiring Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for an outbound calling process focused on fundraising and donor engagement. The selected candidates will connect with potential donors, explain fundraising initiatives, maintain professional communication, and work toward assigned performance goals. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Graduates and students pursuing graduation may apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic communication skills required
- Comfortable working from the Noida office
- Willing to work in an on-site environment
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors
- Explain fundraising initiatives clearly and professionally
- Communicate information about support and fundraising programs
- Build positive and professional relationships with potential donors
- Maintain accurate calling records and updates
- Follow prescribed calling scripts and organizational processes
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets
