Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, maintain, and support Workday Recruiting and HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Manage and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, Core HCM, Advantages, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance.
- Act as a Workday Recruiting SME, providing functional expertise and support to HR, Talent Management, Recruiting teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support Workday enhancements, system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Configure and optimize Hiring Business Processes, Candidate Reviews, Security Modeling, and other Workday processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues with minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for Workday optimization.




- Lead testing and validation of new configurations, features, updates, and system changes.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR teams and end users.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Workday configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR and business systems.
- Coordinate with Workday support teams and external vendors for technical issue resolution and implementation of new features.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity across Workday Recruiting and HCM systems through regular audits and data validation.
- Support continuous improvement and adherence to defined quality and change management processes.
