About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive who is energetic, organised and genuinely interested in building a career in HR. You’ll work closely with the management and HR team across recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR operations. What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
- Manage interview schedules, offers and joining follow-ups
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Support onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave and basic HR reports
- Assist with daily/weekly HR reporting
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements
- Help build and maintain HR processes and SOPs What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
- Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in HR can also apply
- Good English & Hindi communication
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills
- Energetic, organised and willing to learn
- Someone who can take responsibility instead of waiting to be told every step ⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with Naukri / LinkedIn Recruiter
- Basic knowledge of HRMS
- Experience in bulk hiring
