- They will be responsible for developing IT security policies, standards and guidelines, facilitating global risk assessments and identifying acceptable levels of residual risk, managing security incidents and events, and directing security and risk management projects.

Job Description
Sr. Associate – Technology & Automation (8-IC) Function: Program Office / Security/Business Management
- Automation & AI Implementation :
- 7 to 10 + years Hands-on coding , development & automation experience
- Design and deliver intelligent automation solutions to modernize and streamline Project Management Office (PMO) & business management operations across the GCFM organization.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting, workflow automation, and building lightweight applications that support program management processes & business management automations.
- Robust working experience with Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks such as status reporting, approvals, notifications, and stakeholder communications.
- Architect and manage SharePoint-based solutions as a centralized hub for collaboration, document management, and project tracking.
- Practical experience in AI implementation, including designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions
- that enable autonomous, context-driven decision-making in project, process workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build intelligent,



context-aware automation agents integrated with enterprise tools.
- Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines that deliver real-time project insights, dashboards, and performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Work experience with cloud services like AWS S3 , lambda ,EKS & containerized applications
- A self-starter with the ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously evolve automation capabilities aligned with PMO strategy.
- Preferred Skill: Atlassian Rovo Experience.
