- Assess and monitor patients with kidney-related illnesses and disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications
- Educate patients and families on kidney disease, treatments, and self-care strategies
- Perform treatments, including dialysis and related procedures
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers, including physicians and dietitians, to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and document all aspects of patient care
- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and state licensing requirements Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
