ey Responsibilities Sales & Event Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, pop-ups, flea markets and promotional activities •⁠ ⁠Interact confidently with customers and understand their requirements •⁠ ⁠Explain product benefits, usage and offers to customers •⁠ ⁠Actively convert customer interactions into sales •⁠ ⁠Handle product demonstrations and customer queries •⁠ ⁠Manage billing/order-taking and basic sales coordination during events •⁠ ⁠Maintain proper product display and ensure the stall/store setup looks presentable •⁠ ⁠Achieve assigned event-wise and monthly sales targets •⁠ ⁠Collect customer feedback and potential customer leads •⁠ ⁠Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases Marketing Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities •⁠ ⁠Support online and offline marketing initiatives •⁠ ⁠Conduct basic market and competitor research •⁠ ⁠Help identify current promotional opportunities and customer segments •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the social media and creative team for campaigns •⁠ ⁠Assist with product launches, offers, festive campaigns and brand activations •⁠ ⁠Support influencer, collaboration and promotional activities when required •⁠ ⁠Help create marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales •⁠ ⁠Track campaign responses and provide basic performance updates •⁠ ⁠Maintain records of leads, customer feedback and sales generated through campaigns Pay: ₹12,000.00
