Job Description
Lucknow Builders Construction Company is looking for a confident, professional, and motivated HR Representative to manage recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and hiring activities.
- Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews with management and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and support daily HR activities.
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Experience 0–2 Years Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in HR. Benefits
