Operations Intern | Scoutify We’re looking for an organised, proactive student intern to help us with Scoutify’s day-to-day operations as we prepare for launch Scoutify is a Verified Sourcing Network for India’s Design & Architecture Industry, connecting designers and architects with brands, products, manufacturers and artisans. What you’ll do:
* Add already-researched vendor data into our database
* Maintain and organise vendor records
* Help manage our WhatsApp community groups
* Assist with emails & outreach
* Send follow-ups to designers, vendors & other contacts
* Schedule interviews, calls & meetings
* Maintain spreadsheets, trackers & other admin tasks
* Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks What we’re looking for:
* Strong organisational & attention-to-detail skills




* Good written communication
* Comfortable with WhatsApp, email & spreadsheets
* Reliable and able to manage tasks independently
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Interest in startups, operations, community building or design is a plus You’ll get:
