Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute training programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
- Manage trainer schedules, workload and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with colleges, trainers, freelance trainers and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of training programs.
- Monitor program progress and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain training schedules, reports and program documentation.
- Support hiring and onboarding of full-time and freelance trainers.
- Communicate program updates and escalate operational issues to management. Skills Required




- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Experience in education, training, academic operations or program coordination is preferred.
