Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, interacting with customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and follow up for conversions
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Confident, persuasive, and patient personality Pay: ₹8,600.00
- ₹32,000.00 per month Work
