Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update safety procedures, policies, and protocols for the organization.
- Provide training on safety procedures to employees and contractors working at the site.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills. Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in construction or marine industry as a Safety Officer or equivalent role.
- Diploma/B.
Tech / B.
E. degree in Civil.
- Diploma/B.
Tech / B.
E. degree in Marine Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of HSE Management, EHS Management, HSE Documentation, Site Safety, Safety Regulations, Safety Analysis (Jetty), Risk Assessment (Marine Works).
- Proficiency in English language.
