Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and capability Additional: Monthly Sales Commission + Performance Bonus Candidate Availability / Fit Notes: Timing: GMT +4, 10 AM to 5 PM Ready for remote work Experience with presales Minimum 5 years of work experience What You Will Be Responsible For Identify and develop recent corporate customers. Generate new IT sales enquiries through LinkedIn, email, calling, networking and referrals. Build relationships with IT Managers, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, Business Owners and decision-makers. Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions. Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals. Follow up opportunities from initial enquiry → quotation → negotiation → purchase order → successful closure. Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets. Generate repeat business and long-term customer relationships. Work with technical teams when required to deliver the right solution. Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities and customer information.



Take ownership of the complete sales cycle. Technical IT Knowledge Required IT Infrastructure, Networking & Network Security, Servers & Storage, Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Wi-Fi / Wireless Solutions, CCTV & Security Solutions, Printers & Managed Print Solutions, Software Solutions, IT Support / Managed Services, AMC / IT Infrastructure Support Services. Who We Are Looking For Result-oriented sales professional and new-business hunter, not someone who only waits for enquiries. 5+ years of IT/Technical Sales or Business Development experience Proven record of generating new customers Confident discussing technical IT requirements with customers Strong communication and negotiation skills Capable of working independently in a remote environment Existing B2B network or proven ability to build one Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation Experience handling the complete sales cycle Target-driven and motivated by commission and performance incentives Earning Potential ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000/month fixed salary + monthly sales commission + performance bonus.
