We are a newly established soy protein powder manufacturing company, operating from a greenfield facility set up in Sambhaji Nagar. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. Responsibilities Quality Assurance Job

Responsibilities:

· Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) as per FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.
· Conduct routine quality checks at various stages of production – raw material, in-process, and finished goods.
· Ensure proper documentation of batch records, quality reports, and audit trails.
· Assist in internal audits and coordinate with external audit teams.
· Manage and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and regulatory records.
· Investigate and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols across the facility.
· Collaborate with production and R&D; teams for continuous improvement in product quality.
· Calibration and maintenance of lab instruments and equipment.




· Maintain traceability records and support product recalls or mock drills when necessary Quality Control Job

Responsibilities:

· Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per defined specifications.
· Perform sampling and inspection of materials at various stages of production.
· Maintain and update test records, lab reports, and control documentation as per company and regulatory guidelines.
· Ensure proper calibration, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments (e.g., Kjeldahl Apparatus, UV-Spectrophotometer, Soxhlet Apparatus, Colorimeter, moisture analyzers, etc.).
· Report any deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in root cause analysis.
· Support shelf-life studies and stability testing for new and existing products.
· Assist in method validation and improvement of analytical procedures.
· Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards in all QC activities.
· Coordinate with the QA, Production, and R&D; teams for process improvements and quality enhancements.
· Maintain hygienic and safe working conditions in the laboratory Qualifications B.
Tech food, BSc./M.
Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in food or nutraceutical manufacturing QA (preferred).
· Sound knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.
· Proficient in MS Office, record-keeping, and QA software systems.
· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
