Job title: Interior Designer Job Summary The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces in accordance with business requirements, design concepts, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare and coordinate drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, and MEP consultants.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and colour schemes.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution against approved designs.
- Ensure design quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Assist in cost estimation and material procurement.
- Review shop drawings and execution details. Qualification & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office .
- Robust understanding of interior materials and construction methods.
- Good creative, coordination, and communication skills.
