SkyHigh Vigilance LLP is looking for experienced and responsible Field Supervisors to manage and coordinate field verification operations of approximately 500 cases per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field verification teams.
- Allocate and monitor daily cases and ensure timely completion.
- Track field staff performance and maintain daily reports.
- Handle escalations and resolve field-level issues.
- Ensure verification quality, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the backend team and management for smooth operations. Requirement: Robust communication, team-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in field operations or verification is preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00
