Freshers & Experienced Candidates Department: Engineering / Production / Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Operator / Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves setting up and operating machines in the machine shop, assisting with production activities, and performing assembly of components as required. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines in the machine shop as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components and ensure proper machine operation.
- Monitor the machining process and check components for quality requirements.
- Perform assembly of components when required.
- Assist in day-to-day manufacturing activities in machine shop.
- Handle tools, measuring instruments, and production equipment.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow work instructions, drawings,
process specifications, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and keep work area and machines orgainsed. Skills &
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or a related technical qualification is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn encouraged to apply. Training given.
- Candidates with Previous experience in a machine shop, manufacturing, machining, or assembly environment is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, production processes , Ability to read basic engineering drawings is an advantage.
