Tactical Response Automation Pvt. Ltd. (TRA) is a defence technology company focused on developing indigenous UAVs, autonomous systems, and software-driven solutions for modern military applications. We are building innovative technologies designed to address real-world challenges faced by the armed forces. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Video Editing Intern who can help us showcase our products, technology, and work through high-quality visual content. The role will involve shooting product videos, editing reels and technical videos, creating social media content, and managing TRA's social media presence , with a primary focus on LinkedIn .

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs of UAVs, prototypes, products, testing, demonstrations, and company activities .
- Edit product videos, reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and technical explainers.
- Create engaging content suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms .
- Manage TRA's LinkedIn page , including content planning, posting, captions, hashtags, and basic engagement.
- Develop a social media content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Convert technical information into simple, engaging, and qualified visual content.
- Work closely with the engineering and management teams to understand products and identify content opportunities.
- Capture content during product demonstrations, exhibitions, events, testing, and company activities .
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, photographs, and other digital assets.




- Track basic social media performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, and content styles relevant to technology and defence companies. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of video shooting and editing .
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects , or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop .
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content and social media management .
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to write clear and engaging captions.
- Good sense of composition, storytelling, transitions, and visual presentation.
- Willingness to work hands-on with physical products and visit testing locations/events when required. Preferred Qualifications
- Students or graduates from Mass Communication, Film/Video Production, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or related fields .
- Prior experience creating content for technology, engineering, defence, drones, or startups will be an advantage.
- A portfolio of previous video editing, photography, reels, or social media work is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of drones/UAVs or a strong interest in defence technology is a plus. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, curious, and willing to get hands-on . You should be comfortable picking up a camera, shooting a product, editing the footage, writing a LinkedIn post, and taking the content from idea → production → publishing . Portfolio is more important than formal qualifications.
