Rama Road, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi Job Role We are looking for a Calling & Social Media Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and social media messages for our car modification and accessories business.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and leads received through phone calls, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Respond to customer DMs and messages on Instagram and Facebook professionally and promptly.
- Call customers to understand their requirements and provide basic information about our car modification and accessories services.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Confirm booking details such as customer name, contact number, car model, required work/service, date, and time.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the customer confirms the booking.
- Handle customer queries regarding services, availability, and basic pricing information.
- Coordinate with the workshop/team regarding confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.




- Provide daily updates on leads and booking status to management. Social Media Responsibilities
- Handle customer DMs and enquiries on Instagram and Facebook.
- Reply to customer messages and comments related to services and bookings.
- Forward responsible/qualified enquiries to the concerned team when required.
- No content creation, post-making, or reel-making is required for this role. Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident in making and receiving phone calls.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook messaging.
- Ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge. Experience 0–2 years of experience Freshers with good communication and calling skills can also apply. Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹13,000.00 per month Work
