About the Role
HLG Business Solutions is looking for a results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the company's growth, operations, and digital transformation. You will own the business strategy, drive revenue and profitability, build high-performing teams, and expand our market presence, using modern technology and AI to stay ahead.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategy, growth plans, and annual targets Drive sales, revenue growth, and new business development Own the P&L;, budgeting, and financial performance Lead operations and performance management across all departments Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team and talent pipeline Manage key client and stakeholder relationships Lead market expansion and new branch development Ensure corporate governance, compliance, and risk management Drive digital transformation, including AI/Generative AI adoption, CRM/ERP systems,



and process automation Use dashboards and KPI reporting for data-driven decisions Maintain awareness of cybersecurity and data protection practices Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required) MBA or Master's degree (preferred; strong relevant experience can substitute) Experience Minimum 7 years of total professional experience Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a CEO position (required) Experience in business consulting, corporate services, or professional services (preferred) Skills Strategic planning and business development Sales and revenue growth Financial and P&L; understanding Operations and performance management Client and stakeholder management Decision-making and problem-solving Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI CRM and ERP systems, business analytics, and KPI reporting Digital marketing and lead-generation platforms Business process automation Who You Are A strong leader and communicator with a commercial, growth-oriented mindset Able to lead both experienced professionals and younger-generation teams Adaptable to new technologies and changing markets Accountable for company performance and results Pay: ₹45,000.00
