* Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
* Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Generate offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
* Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
* Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
* Maintain recruitment records, employee files, and staffing reports.
* Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Coordinate with consultants, recruitment agencies, and placement partners when required.
* Support HR operations and employee engagement activities as assigned. Pay: ₹30,000.00
