Up to 8 LPA + PF Joining: Immediate Joiners only Role Overview : We are looking for experienced Marketplace Operations & Data Analysts to support our Marketplace Listings team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience managing product listings across major e-commerce marketplaces, maintaining catalog and product content, resolving listing/data-quality issues, and analyzing marketplace performance data. The role requires a combination of marketplace operations, catalog management and data analysis skills, with strong SQL and reporting capabilities. Marketplace experience is mandatatory, particularly hands-on experience with platforms such as: International Marketplaces: Amazon US/UK/Australia, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, Target, Wayfair and similar platforms. Indian Marketplaces: Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, JioMart, Snapdeal, Tata CLiQ and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimize product listings across marketplaces.
• Manage product catalog information including SKUs, titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, images, pricing and inventory information.
• Perform bulk product uploads and maintain marketplace feeds.
• Investigate and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, missing attributes, duplicate SKUs and other catalog/data-quality issues.
• Monitor marketplace listing health and identify operational issues.




• Analyze marketplace data covering sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, pricing, returns and product performance.
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate, reconcile and analyze marketplace/catalog data.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Perform advanced analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables and data reconciliation.
• Work with business, product, data and marketplace teams to resolve catalog and listing issues.
• Support data-quality checks between internal product/master-data systems and external marketplaces.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for Marketplace Listings stakeholders. Required

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Strong understanding of marketplace listing and catalog operations.
• Product/catalog/content management experience.
• Valuable understanding of SKU, ASIN, product attributes, taxonomy/categories and product variations.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience investigating and resolving data-quality and listing issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




• Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Tableau or Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience with PIM/MDM platforms such as Salsify, Akeneo or similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, marketplace feeds and data integrations.
• Basic Python knowledge for data analysis or automation.
• Experience working with ERP/product-master systems.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams. Key Marketplace Metrics Candidates should ideally have experience analyzing metrics such as: Sales | Traffic | Conversion Rate | Buy Box | Listing Health | Inventory Availability | Pricing | Returns | Product Performance Ideal Profile : The strongest candidate will have a combination of: Hands-on marketplace operations + catalog/content management + SQL/data analysis experience. Marketplace experience is strongly preferred , particularly candidates who have worked with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, Wayfair or similar e-commerce marketplaces. Tableau/Power BI is desirable, but direct marketplace and catalog experience should be considered more important than BI-tool experience alone. Immediate joiners preferred.
