- Handle day-to-day production activities in the pump manufacturing unit.
- Supervise pump assembly, machining and production operations.
- Ensure production work is completed as per the production schedule and targets.
- Handle and monitor machines such as CNC, VMC, Lathe and Drilling machines.
- Should have good knowledge of CNC, VMC, Lathe and Drilling operations.
- Ensure proper use and handling of raw materials and components such as SS 304, SS 316, castings, shafts, impellers and other pump components.
- Check production quality and ensure components are manufactured as per drawings and specifications.
- Handle manpower, allocate work and monitor operators/helpers.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality and Maintenance for smooth production.
- Maintain production records and report daily production status to management.
- Ensure proper safety,



discipline and housekeeping on the shop floor.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / Mechanical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pump Manufacturing / Engineering Manufacturing Industry.
- Positive knowledge of pump assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Good manpower handling and shop-floor management skills.
- Knowledge of machining and production processes.
