As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled Solar Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive the adoption of clean energy. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Solar Engineer to manage the end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects. You will be responsible for site surveys, system design, supervision of installation, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of solar PV technology, electrical wiring, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Survey & Feasibility Analysis:
· Conduct detailed site surveys at domestic and commercial premises to assess rooftop area, shadow-free space, and structural strength.
· Analyze electricity bills of clients to determine load requirements and suggest optimal system capacity (kW/kWp).
· Prepare detailed survey reports including roof layout, cable routing plans, and earthing locations. 2. System Design & Engineering:
· Design Grid-tied, Off-grid, and Hybrid solar systems using software tools (e.g., PVsyst, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
· Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), array layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM).




· Select appropriate components (Solar Modules, Inverters, ACDB/DCDB, Cables, Mounting Structures) based on technical compatibility and cost-efficiency. 3. Project Execution & Site Supervision:
· Supervise the installation team to ensure work is executed as per design, quality standards, and safety protocols.
· Oversee the mounting of structures, module placement, DC/AC wiring, and inverter commissioning.
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. 4. Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance:
· Conduct pre-commissioning checks, insulation resistance tests, and performance verification.
· Handle Net Metering processes with local DISCOMs (Distribution Companies) including documentation and liaison.
· Provide after-sales service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for installed systems. Key Skills & Requirements

Education:
B.
Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
· Technical Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of Solar PV technology and Electrical distribution systems.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and solar design software (PVsyst, Helioscope) is a must.
· Knowledge of IS standards and MNRE guidelines for solar installations.
· Familiarity with Net Metering policies and DISCOM procedures.

Skills:
Good communication skills, ability to manage labor, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to travel for site visits.
· Physical Requirement: Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor site conditions. Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
