Responsibilities As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations and digital execution across channels, including:
• Creating and managing listings for current products
• Image enhancement and content enrichment
• Checking and updating pricing, and applying approved discounts across marketplaces
• Updating Orders on software and coordination with order processing team for successful dispatches
• MIS preparation and reconciliation, marketplace-wise
• Keyword research and listing optimisation (titles, search terms, SEO)
• Liaising with the accountant on MIS, GRN and reconciliation matters
• Updating Shopify website banners, pricing and product pages
• Writing blogs and enhancing website content
• Planning and running WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Return updation management
• Creating Photo catalogs
• GRN (Goods Receipt Note) management for outward stock Qualifications Need to have a good hold on MS Excel and Powerpoint Editing photos and videos
