- Should have a basic understanding of Indian politics and current political affairs.
- Must be confident and comfortable communicating with people over the phone.
- The role will primarily involve calling in Hindi, so strong Hindi communication skills are essential.
- Should also have a good working knowledge of English for professional communication.
- Must be able to understand and work on political leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain explicit communication.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive salary with additional performance-based incentives.
- Incentives will be provided separately from the salary and may vary depending on the campaign and performance. Pay: ₹10,000.00
